The first night had some issues-the third bed was an odd size and squashed into an alcove, inconvenient. Access can be challenging with very steep staircases, especially for those who struggle physically. The temperature control in my room wasn't great. With no AC, it got stuffy despite a small fan, and the window barely opened. The initial experience left a lot to be desired, but a swap to a better room the next day helped.

The staff were pleasant and resolved everything quickly. The room was clean and well-equipped with great amenities like a tv and good-quality towels. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and plenty of parking.

Stayed in a Small Double Room. It had a comfy bed, electric kettle, and a fan. The private bathroom was great with fluffy towels and decent toiletries. There was also a nice seating area. Very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the quiet at night. No issues with noise.
